5 Facts about HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON



Here are 5 facts you probably didn't know about How To Train Your Dragon.




#1 Early designs show that Toothless was originally going to be small and green. Which would be similar to how he was portrayed in the book by Cressida Cowell. But apparently an employee's computer screen of a black leopard inspired a more dark and feline appearance instead.




#2 Hiccups age is never mentioned in the movie however it is said he is meant to be about 14 or 15 years old.






#3 Originally the film was intended to end without Hiccup being injured. However, the directors felt that a monster like the Red Death Dragon could not be defeated without great cost. The the story was then changed so that Hiccup would lose part of his left leg. Which also created a deliberate parallel to how Toothless lost his left tail fin.




#4 There is a 5 year time gap between How to Train Your Dragon and How to Train Your Dragon 2 during this time gap Hiccup has suposably grown to be around 6 feet tall and is around 20 years old.






#5 Valka was originally written as the villain, but this idea was dropped in later drafts.

Here are 5 facts you probably didn't know about Disney's Tangled.





1# According to Disney’s animators, Flynn Rider was drawn to resemble a 26 years old and since Rapunzel is 18 years old they would have an 8 year age gap between them.




2# During the song “ I See the Light” Over 45,000 lanterns were used to light up the sky.






3# Animators have said that Rapunzel's hair is approximately 70 feet long (70 feet 840 inches), and holds about 100,000 strands.






4# Mother Gothel's dress is from the Renaissance in the 17 hundreds. This is shown to emphasize just how old Mother Gothel really is.






5# If you look very closely in the Snuggly Duckling, you’ll find Pinocchio.

10 Facts about FROZEN


Here are 10 Facts you probably didn't know about Disney's Frozen.




1. Walt Disney studios had planned on making a film adaptation of the snow queen as far back as the 1940's but the idea didn't catch on until 2011.



2. Frozen was Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Snow Queen.



3. There is a cameo of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider from Tangled when the gates open.



4. Jennifer Lee is the first female to direct a full-length Disney animated feature film.



5. At the end of the credits Disney says:

6. The giant Snow Monster that Elsa creates was once going to be a giant Olaf, and Olaf would call him "little brother".



7. The most complex frame in the movie required over 132 hours to render.



8. Hans' horse is named "Sitron." Which is the Norwegian word for "lemon".



9. The giant Snow Monster name is Marshmallow.



10. The production crew went on a trip to Norway to get ideas for landscapes, clothing, music, buildings and names.
